Breathwork

BREATHWORK IS A GENTLE WAY TO PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY RELEASE WHAT NO LONGER SERVES YOU. EACH SESSION IS UNIQUE TO YOU WITH MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF GUIDED BREATHING. ESSENTIAL OILS AND SOUND HEALING ARE USED DURING YOUR BREATHING TIME TO HELP IN CLEARING STUCK ENERGY. DURING THIS TIME YOUR GOAL IS TO SIMPLY RELAX, BREATHE AND FOCUS INWARD.

Reiki

When you come to a Reiki session you will relax on a massage table, fully clothed for about an hour. The healer places their hands on or hovers above you while the energy flows wherever it is needed. Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing experience and can be described as tingling or warming in the body.

"I got  Certified  through Coaching The Body Institute in Evanston in 2018 and have been practicing Thai Yoga on myself and with others for the last 4 years. My goal as a thai therapist is to create healing  space. A place where we learn to move our bodies and work out the kinks with slow and steady breathwork that allows us to open up fully. To me there is nothing more precious than aligning ourselves with our body and this healing continuously reminds me of how important that is.   Combining targeted accupressure techniques and assisted yoga poses that deepen flexibility and allow the connective tissue to stretch in the muscle. For me Thai has been the most effective healing practice i've been exposed to in the last 5 years and I couldnt resist sharing the benefits and  experience with others. She discovered this amazing Work during her own journey for healing And the importance of combining mind, body, and spirit. This is unlike any traditional physical therapy and it is your own healing journey learning how to release your body Through hands on work and Myofascial stretching techniques as well as connecting to your energy body and fascial system. Her work focuses on prevention as well as treating dis- ease in the body. Inna has been studying martial Arts for the past 17 years including Chi energy And Inner healing.
