When you come to a Reiki session you will relax on a massage table, fully clothed for about an hour. The healer places their hands on or hovers above you while the energy flows wherever it is needed. Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing experience and can be described as tingling or warming in the body.

My goal as a thai therapist is to create healing space. A place where we learn to move our bodies and work out the kinks with slow and steady breathwork that allows us to open up fully. To me there is nothing more precious than aligning ourselves with our body and this healing continuously reminds me of how important that is. Combining targeted accupressure techniques and assisted yoga poses that deepen flexibility and allow the connective tissue to stretch in the muscle. For me Thai has been the most effective healing practice i've been exposed to in the last 5 years and I couldnt resist sharing the benefits and experience with others. "
