Hello, and welcome!
My name is Tia, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist who has been practicing in Illinois since 2020. My approach to bodywork is grounded in intention, presence, and deep relaxation. During each session, my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment that allows your nervous system to shift out of “fight or flight” and into a “rest and digest” state, where muscles can soften and the body can engage its natural restorative processes.
Drawing on my background as an athletic coach and my training in multiple massage modalities, I tailor each treatment to your individual needs. With a focus on both therapeutic effectiveness and fluid touch, I often incorporate techniques from modalities such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, assisted stretching, and aromatherapy to address areas of tension and concern.
I believe that releasing muscle tension and adhesions is a nuanced process that cannot be forced. When the body and nervous system are consistently met with safety, intention and techniques aligned with each client’s sensory preferences, relaxation naturally follows and balance can be restored.

Cancellation Policy for Massage with Tia.
Appointments and personal sessions require additional preparation and reserved time. The following policies apply:
Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged in full, as if the session took place.
Tia is an independent contractor and operates her own small business.
