GWC Cancellation Policy

Personal Session/Appointments

·         Cancellations made with 24 or more hours until session time are able to be rescheduled up to 2 times.

·         Cancellations or rescheduled sessions with less than 24 hours of notice (can be rescheduled but) will  incur a $25 late cancel fee.

·         Cancellations made less that 120 minutes before session start time will be treated as a no show for a session or appointment will be treated as if the session took place and is used.

YOGA CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Please sign up for you classes ahead of time and come to classes you sign up for. If you need to cancel or cannot attend a class, class cancellation must be completed by 120 minutes prior to class time to avoid being charged for the class. As long as you cancel your class reservation prior to 120 minutes before class start time there will be no charge or class deducted from a class package. Here is how the class cancellation policy may affect you based on your situation and payment type:

  • If you buy a single class and don’t cancel your class reservation 120 minutes prior to class then the class will be considered used or attended.

  • If you are on a 10 or 20 class package and don’t cancel your class reservation 120 minutes prior to class then 1 class will be used from package.

  • If you are a monthly or yearly member and don’t cancel your class reservation 120 minutes prior to class start time then you will be charged single class rate of $22.

  • If you are on the 2 week Intro and don’t cancel your class reservation 120 minutes prior to class start time then you will be charged single class rate of $22.

Class capacity is limited. The goal of this policy is to ensure that any student that wants to attend a class and signs up, shows up or allows enough time for another student to sign up and take class. We don’t want the class reservations to be full, and have someone miss out because a no-show took their place Thank you for your understanding and cooperation :)

  • 2 weeks notice is required to cancel autopayments.

  • Email cancellation request is required.
