Yoga is a boundless practice that allows anyone to practice personal growth anywhere and at anytime. This workshop will give you tools and knowledge on how to see the patterns of yoga in everyday life and how to work with the changing of life situations in a way that supports self-awareness and self-development. Michael will guide you through the physical practice of asana (poses) weaving in yoga philosophy to get a better understanding of the physical and energetic benefits of yoga “on the mat”. After the physical practice Michael will host a dharma talk on the other avenues of yoga practice and how to explore them in everyday life. You will learn how to integrate the 4 paths of yoga into your practice in a new and powerful way!
