In our modern world, many of us spend our days hunched over screens, holding tension in the shoulders, chest, and spine. Over time, this posture quietly signals the nervous system to remain in a guarded state — limiting breath, constricting energy flow, and creating emotional and physical stagnation in the body.

Open the Channel: A Nervous System Reset is a guided experience designed to gently reset the body and restore the natural flow of energy through the spine and nervous system.

Through intentional posture, breath, movement, and sound healing, we will open the front of the body, release stored tension, and realign the energetic channel that connects the crown, heart, and root. As the nervous system settles, the body becomes a clearer vessel for intuition, healing, and deeper awareness.

This workshop blends somatic awareness, subtle energy practices, and sound healing to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and return to a state of calm, clarity, and openness.

This experience is accessible for anyone — whether you are new to energy work or already on a healing journey.

Join Michelle for a 90 minute yoga class that is designed to ease common aches and pains that develop from long days hunched over clients and patients. This class is appropriate for people with all levels of yoga experience.

During the first hour of class, we will move through a gentle Vinyasa flow to warm the body up. During the last 30 minutes of class, we will sink into deep stretch postures and a brief meditation. After class we will provide snacks, drinks, and time for community.

Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and your business cards if you would like! Bring a yoga mat as well. If you do not have one, you may rent one at the studio.

This planning-focused class is designed to help vegetable gardeners feel confident and prepared for the growing season. Instead of guessing where to plant your tomatoes or overbuying at the nursery, you’ll learn how to thoughtfully plan your garden so you know exactly what to plant, where it belongs, and how much to grow in each square foot of space.

We’ll walk through how to map out your garden, understand spacing and timing, and create a planting layout that supports healthy growth and steady harvests. During class, you’ll use my simple template to create your own plan and take it home, along with a guidebook to reference throughout the season. We’ll also cover what grows best in each season, so you can confidently plan for spring, summer, and fall.
