A: An open system, like our Angel of Water, allows you to have complete control of when to release or retain, permitting discrete urination and elimination naturally throughout the session. The single-use disposable nozzle is incredibly small—about the size of a small person's pinky finger.
By contrast, closed systems were originally designed for bedridden individuals. They require you to lie on your side while a practitioner inserts a much larger speculum tube and manually controls the water flow. Urination during a closed system session is not possible. For privacy, comfort, and autonomy, the open system is overwhelmingly preferred by our clients.

A: Your practitioner will greet you and accompany you to one of the private colon irrigation rooms. They will leave the room after explaining the process and answering any questions. Then you remove your lower garments. You’ll recline comfortably on the system, gently insert the well-lubricated nozzle just 1–2 inches into the rectum, and drape a cloth sheet over yourself to maintain complete modesty and dignity.
When you are ready, you’ll press a call button to page your practitioner, who will return to start the gentle water flow. You simply relax to soothing music as water flows into and out of the colon, evacuating its contents into the system’s basin. If you wish, you can watch the contents leave your body through a sealed, odorless viewing tube. Once complete, the practitioner stops the flow so you can drain and rinse in total privacy before a quick post-session recap.
