Thank and Nourish Our Bodies This Thanksgiving Part 2:  Sweets

Join Chef Chrissie of Healthy Chef to Order on Wednesday November 11th, 7 to 8pm for part 1, you learn how to create delicious some sweet desserts that won't put you in a diabetic coma or the gluten hangover.    Being gluten free for thanksgiving can be challenging, but every year I find more and more ways to get creative.  Bonus I don’t have the massive crash everyone else experiences either.  I am pleasantly full and savory every bite of my Thanksgiving desserts.  You learn how to work with gluten free flours and how to sweeten your desserts more naturally and how combining some protein into your dessert will help keep your blood sugar from spiking and you full longer.  

This is an interactive class with time for questions at the beginning and throughout the class.  

Classes will be held virtually via Zoom, and the link will be sent out prior to classes for those attending the live class.   If you cannot make the live class, purchase the class and all recording will be emailed out to you the day of that class along with some notes.
