If you spend your work day repetitively in posture or find yourself dealing with back, neck, wrist, and shoulder pain, this is the class for you.
Join Michelle for a 90 minute yoga class that is designed to ease common aches and pains that develop from long days hunched over clients and patients. This class is appropriate for people with all levels of yoga experience.
During the first hour of class, we will move through a gentle Vinyasa flow to warm the body up. During the last 30 minutes of class, we will sink into deep stretch postures and a brief meditation. After class we will provide snacks, drinks, and time for community.
Please arrive wearing comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle and your business cards if you would like! Bring a yoga mat as well. If you do not have one, you may rent one at the studio.
