During Nidra, you will relax in a comfortable position and be guided through gentle visualizations. You may enter and exit various stages of sleep while still maintaining consciousness and awareness. It is the state between the awake and dream realm where one may cultivate and manifest their Sankalpā (our deepest resolution).
