A beautiful location with beautiful people sets us up for an amazing day of healing and deep connection! We will gather off site at a beautiful home in Barrington on Hawley Lake where we will play under the sun and moon. Your experience will include an infusion of the elements-Earth, Water, Fire and Air promoting harmony in body and mind. Guided watercolor art, yoga, breathwork and a celebration by fire will help us kick off the summer with an open heart. Thoughtfully created food prepared by Chrissie from Healthy Chef to Order will nourish us throughout our journey together and leave us feeling inspired.
