Bridget will lead us through the healing event!

We are one, all of us connected. When we go back 10 generations we have roughly 1,022 ancestors and that number continues to double. Whether you knew your ancestors, heard stories of them or know nothing at all you are welcomed here, this retreat is for you and your healing. When we heal ourselves we heal 7 generations before us and the 7 generations to come, that is a lot of healing! Using ancient and modern techniques we will explore ourselves in a deep way, acknowledge how we got here, who we were meant to be and together we will make the world a brighter place. With the assistance of crystal singing bowls and reiki energy we will move our bodies through a gentle yoga flow followed by long held and restorative poses. All women will get an opportunity to practice their intuition and learn tools to communicate with loved ones who are no longer on this plane. We will breathe together in a breathwork practice that will further our healing and connection to oneness. During our time together there will be time to reflect, sit by the pond, journal, share and connect with one another. Chef Chrissie of Chef to Order will nourish us throughout the day with grounding foods reminiscent of our ancestors. Your loved ones are calling for your healing. Wont you please join us?
