Let’s Lighten Up our Eating for Spring
Join Chef Chrissie of Healthy Chef to Order on Saturday, April 3rd and 10th, between 12:30 to 1:30 pm CST. You will learn what foods to start incorporating into your meals to help your body transition better from winter to spring!

Our bodies, just like our skin, need different things when the weather changes. During the winter we tend to eat rich, cooked and heavier foods. Our tastes and habits change when the weather begins to warm up outside and so should the way we eat and drink. Incorporating more greens and raw veggies into our meals will be a big focus of these workshops.

You will leave empowered with simple and approachable recipes, hacks, resources and lifestyle tips each week. On both Saturdays, we will focus on foods that are in season for the spring, nature gives us exactly what our bodies need for each season. You will learn how to better listen to your body and nature’s cues.

This is an interactive class with time for questions at the beginning and throughout the class.
Classes will be held virtually via Zoom, and the link will be sent out prior to classes for those attending the live class. If you cannot make the live class, you can purchase the classes and all recordings will be emailed out to you the day of that class.

Cost: $30 per class or $50 for whole series
