The Chakra Series — I am Grounded

We are excited to announce our new monthly Chakra Series. Our events begin by exploring the the root chakra. Join us for an evening of tastes, sights, sounds, scents and ceremonies designed to balance your muladhara or root chakra.

This informative evening includes making your own root chakra crystal and essential oil infused roller bottle and creating scented, grounding bath salts. You’ll particapate in a group sound meditation and chakra balancing ceremony. Following the cermonies there will be some tasty, infused treats and drinks that are grounding in nature. 

Former students of this class are welcome to take the class again at no cost. If you’d like to purchase a roller and bath salts the cost is $15.
