Breathwork is a gentle way to physically and emotionally release what no longer serves you. A session is about a hour long with multiple rounds of guided breathing. Essential oils and sound healing are used during your breathing time to help in clearing stuck energy. During this time your goal is to simply relax, breathe and focus inward.
When we bring awareness to our breath, we create prana which is our life force energy. This energy creates the mind body connection helping us to release trauma and blockages we may be holding in the body. Please join us in this gentle yet powerful form of breathwork!
