Definitions:

Personal Consultation: This is an approximately 60 minute consultation that allows us to work together to customize your approach towards wellness. You choose where you want to meet with Bridget or Rick for your consultation and follow ups. We encourage you to meet with Bridget if your primary objective is energetics or healthy lifestyle, and meet with Rick if your objective is more Nutritional or Meditative in nature.  


Follow-up: Approximately 30 minute session to check in and visit progress and challenges along the journey. This will be with your original personal consultation partner (either Bridget or Rick). This is designed to keep you on track and fine tune your approach. Must be scheduled ahead of time.


Discounts on juice cleanses/FNS packages: During the 90 day period of your package, you have access to 10% off Juice cleanse and FNS meal plans. 


Juice during personal service/consultation: 1 regular organic cold-pressed juice will be included with your personal consultation and each visit for personal services. Quantity is dependent on your selected package. Based on Juice availability. Juice flavors are subject to change and not guaranteed to be in stock. 


Personal services: Are to be scheduled and completed within the 90 days of the package. Any services not scheduled and received within the 90 day window will be forfeited. Please schedule sessions ahead of time. While occasionally walk-in appointments can work, it is not guaranteed and scheduling ahead of time is highly recommended. Include in this program as personal services are:

  • Personal yoga

  • Persona singing bowls/sound healing

  • Breathwork

  • Colon hydrotherapy

  • Reiki

  • Reiki Facial

  • Akashic records

  • Nutritional consultation

  • Personal Meditation session - both experiential and learning 

  • 60 minutes of Infrared Sauna time (to be used as a 60 minute or 2x 30 minute sessions)

Terms and Restrictions

  • These packages are designed to be used over the course of 3 consecutive months and have a 90 day expiration. Any product or service not used or scheduled to be used within the 90 day time period is forfeited and is not eligible to be rescheduled/refunded. 

  • Workshops held by GWC staff (Bridget, Rick, Eric)  are eligible for this program. Examples of eligible workshops are Crystal singing bowls, Breathwork, Hello Intention, Yoga Asana Workshops, Superfoods, Chocolate workshop, Eat this- Not that, Cleansing workshop, Nutritional Workshops, and more.  Examples of Workshops not covered are Gong Bath, Watercolor, or other 3rd party events. 

  • Not all workshops are guaranteed to occur. GWC reserves the right to cancel certain workshops due to low sign-up rate or weather related reasons. Please sign up ahead of time at the front desk or via email.
