The 8 “limbs” of the yogic path are an outline on ways to apply the yoga practice in all aspects of life to create harmony between body and mind.
In this workshop you will get a better understanding of “The Whole” of yoga through Patanjali's 8 Limbs and how you can use them to live a life that supports you in every way. This workshop will discuss yoga philosophy while practicing asanas (poses) on the mat to better understand how the 8 Limbs appear on and off of the mat!
