Yoga of Eating Part 3 (Skillset- Applying Mindful Eating in a Sustained Way)
Part 3 of the “Yoga of Eating” workshop series will work on tying together the mindset and toolset of healthy eating into a skilled way of living! This workshop is about learning how to use the newly found knowledge you have gained to continually progress with your health and attitude towards the ongoing practice of “right “eating for your life. You will learn more here on the routine of when to eat what, how to prepare meals, recipe ideas and how to keep self-acceptance and honest, mindful exploration of your body and mind when it comes to diet and lifestyle! This workshop is very much aimed toward establishing a realistic way to maintain forward momentum continuing onward into self acceptance, greater body awareness and optimal health!
