Private 1-on-1 sessions
Personal 1 on 1 sessions are a wonderful way to practice yoga. Whether you’re starting your yoga journey and want some personal assistance to help get started, or have been at it for a while and want to refine your technique, personal sessions are great!
Small Group Sessions
You can choose up to 2 people to join in with you and share the fun! With the total class size of up to 3 people, you can share your yoga experience in a private setting with each participant receiving safe, proper attention towards their yoga practice.
Private parties
Add a yoga or meditation class to your event or special day. Whether its for the day of your wedding, a birthday, or just a group of friends getting together to try something new. Private parties are a great way to practice along side friends and family that may not otherwise get the opportunity to experience the joy of Yoga!
Our Staff is well trained to provide a safe, effective yoga experience for anybody. We have a range of instructors from professional and high level D-1 Athletes, all the way through full time moms using yoga to live a balanced lifestyle.
