● Learn about tight muscles in your body that can affect your pelvic floor and cause leaking with laughing, sneezing, and exercise.
● Learn about your Pelvic Floor tension and weakness that can cause pelvic pain and painful sex.
● Learn how to prevent or correct abdominal separation along with performing safe exercises to properly engage your core during exercises.
● Posture and body mechanics during Yoga and exercises to improve range of motion and circulation in the pelvis.
● Address any questions regarding pain, pressure, leaking, sex, safe exercises or anything else about the pelvic floor. (i.e. Back pain, pubic bone pain, round ligament pain, tailbone pain, incontinence, pelvic pressure/prolapse, etc.) Learn how to take care of your body to keep you healthy and strong.
