“The yoga teacher development sessions are geared towards students enrolled in a YTT program or teachers looking to deepen their teaching skills. Each session will go over key concepts on how to put together effective yoga sequences and how to properly teach them to students based upon any age, stage and constitution! Students and teachers will all get some time to practice teaching in these sessions, with feedback from other teachers and peers.”
