Posture Clinic (2:45-4:45)

“The Spring yoga posture clinics are integrated within the GWC Yoga Teacher Program but are open to all students! 

Each posture clinic has a specific focus within a different category of yoga postures. Each workshop includes teaching skills for students and teachers to better understand how their body can work most effectively in each pose and how to guide themselves , and even others, to safely practice these yoga postures and deepen their practice!”
