“Yin Adjust” is a 90 minute yoga workshop that will guide you through gentle and restorative yin yoga poses and restorative breathing practices. During class the teacher will mindfully move from student to student giving hands on adjustments and modifications to support each student to go deeper into their poses safely. The intention of this class is to provide practitioners with relaxation, stress relief and an enjoyable connection between their body and mind.
Most of the postures and techniques used in this class will be prop supported “positional release” poses which means there is barely any effort exerted to help calm the practitioner's nervous system. All adjustments given in this class will be communicated to you by the teacher to ensure the adjustments feel good to you, with wherever your body is at in that moment!
