Breath is a cornerstone for healing and understanding. In yoga, pranayama (breath) proceeds yoga asana (postures) due the the fact that breath is a powerful and subtle energy that requires a strong vessel, or a body with proper posture. In this workshop you will go through a yoga asana practice that works into a plethora of different breathing exercises finishing with a completed sequence of breathing exercises to create fresh energy and stability in your body systems! You will also go over different layers of anatomy that help you to understand how the breath works physically, mentally and even emotionally.
You will learn varying breath exercises like: Kabahalabahti, Ujjayi, Matangi, Prataloma, Kumbhaka and Villoma.
