Holiday Baking Gluten Free and Low Sugar

You will learn how to indulge in some holiday baking without adding gluten back into your diet and keeping the sugar low as well. It’s often a challenge, but having some basic tips and tricks you will be off to a great holiday baking season.
You will learn how to use natural sugars that are packed with fiber to slow your blood sugar from spiking. Also what are my go to flours and blends for delicious gluten free treats. This is for anyone, who is looking to enjoy baking again after going gluten free and is also looking to less sugar in their life. This is also a great class for anyone who is diabetic or baking for diabetics.
This is an interactive class with time for questions at the beginning and throughout the class.
Class will be held virtually via Zoom, and the link will be sent out prior to classes for those attending the live class. If you cannot make the live class, purchase the class and all recording will be emailed out to you the day of that class along with some notes.
