Thank and Nourish Our Bodies This Thanksgiving Part 1: Savory
Join Chef Chrissie of Healthy Chef to Order on Wednesday November 3rd, 7 to 8pm for part 1, you learn how to create delicious some delicious savory dishes that won't spike your blood pressure, blood sugar or put you in a diabetic coma. Dishes will plant focused and gluten free.
You will learn how to remove the gluten, add more colors to your meal, and increase the nutrient density of your Thanksgiving meal. This is for anyone, who wants inspiration for some new delicious dishes to incorporate into their Thanksgiving and not feel hung over from the meal.
This is an interactive class with time for questions at the beginning and throughout the class.
Classes will be held virtually via Zoom, and the link will be sent out prior to classes for those attending the live class. If you cannot make the live class, purchase the class and all recording will be emailed out to you the day of that class along with some notes.
