Yoga of Daily Living (The Yamas and Niyamas)
The “Yamas” and “Niyamas” are the first 2 of the 8 limbs (philosophies) of yoga aimed toward optimal health of daily living, with the world outside and inside yourself. This workshop will discuss what the 5 Yamas and 5 Niyamas are and how to practice them in a deeper way in your every day activities and interactions. You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of what yoga is at its heart, even before the poses, and how to explore whole new view on how you live your life and practice the art of yoga within it!
